Tina Pfaffmann took over her parents‘ 15-hectare winery in 2000 and runs it as the fourth generation. The soil conditions of her estate, situated in Frankweiler in the heart of the Pfalz region, are typical for the area: loam with limestone. Her focus lies in the making of white wines, but her range of varieties is diverse and includes Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gelber Muskateller, Blanc de Noir, Gewürztraminer, Scheurebe, Grüner Silvaner, as well as Dornfelder, St. Laurent and Pinot Noir. Under her reign, the estate has been awarded many accolades already, most recently top ratings for two Rieslings in 2013.
